We offer Free delivery to most UK addresses for orders over £39. For orders under £39 there is a charge of £4.99. For deliveries to the following addresses the charge is £10

What if my order is 'Out of Stock'?

We are 'serious' stockists, so being 'out of stock' doesn't happen often. But - in that unlikely event, then we are very much in the hands of our suppliers. We'll give you an estimated delivery time and then mercilessly 'chase' your order with our suppliers till it comes in.

What if my Goods Arrive Damaged?

In the unlikely event of disaster, either contact us via the online form or telephone us and we will make arrangements to have your goods reshipped.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

We will endeavour to ship your order within  4 working days (does not include weekends and bank holidays) if there is to be any delay you will be informed by email. Once your order has been dispatched the average delivery time is 4 working days. For overseas order delivery is from 4 to 14 working days
